The Quality Management System is an integral part of the Specialist Ducting Supplies Limited Strategic Planning process ensuring that applicable contractual obligations and the needs and expectations of its stakeholders are always taken into account and acted upon. The Quality Policy, operational and quality objectives are outputs of the Strategic Review process and are monitored at regular Management Review Meetings.
In order to achieve its mission and corporate objectives Specialist Ducting Supplies Limited is totally committed to the maintenance and continual improvement of its Quality Management System, which is based on BS EN ISO 9001.
Responsibilities and authorities related to the Quality Management System are assigned and communicated by detailed Job Descriptions and are monitored during a regular Personal Development Review process.
The overriding requirement however, is that every individual at Specialist Ducting Supplies Limited is responsible for the quality of their own work and for identifying and communicating any risks and opportunities relating to the processes they are involved with.
