Our in-house injection moulding facility has allowed us to expand our capabilities within the industry. We’re proud of our hands-on approach when it comes to the quality and timing of every project we undertake.
Since the launch of our injection moulding factory, we have successfully supplied products to a wide range of industries including construction, automotive, manufacturing, cleaning and many more.
We have the capability to produce assemblies from either PVC or thermoplastic rubber (TPR). Either material type can be moulded with increased or reduced diameter cuffs in varying diameters from 25mm up to or including 127mm/152mm.
Cuff styles include:
- Clip retention cuff
- 90 degree elbow
- Plain cuff
We have in-house design experts who can aid in tooling and product design through the use of SolidWorks© – a CAD product capable of producing drawings and diagrams in 2D and 3D formats. This allows us to work closely with our customers to supply products that meet the requirements of their particular industry.

As part of our commitment to being an environmentally friendly company, we recycle the by-products of our process where possible. This therefore minimises the amount of waste which goes to landfill or for incineration.
